Guidance for the Submission of Papers

Agenda Items

Papers should be submitted under the items enumerated in the draft annotated agenda.

Participants are encouraged to submit papers which provide useful information and background on topics under the agenda, as well as recommendations for future action.

Formatting and Submission

Papers should be submitted in English to as early as possible, and preferably by 15 March 2010.

Formatting guidelines are in general terms the same as for documents submitted to an ATCM.

As papers are submitted they will be made available on a Meeting Documents website, The access to documents section in this website will be password protected.

Presentation of Papers

Those submitting papers will be invited to present them to the meeting. PowerPoint or other audiovisual facilities will be available to presenters. Presentations will need to be provided during registration.
